I didn't like nothing, payed £197 for an executive room for 1 night, but when myself and wife went to room was really bad smell, and so much dust. OMG Not going back there

Facilities were good but tired in places....clearly aiming at the kiddy market ...it would have been nice to have a more adult zone to relax in other than the bar. Room was very dusty. Staff excellent....food choice was limited for adults but excellent what was served. Not enough parking near the hotel for those who cant walk very far but are not registeted disablef.

More soft furnishings in an adult only zone....quiet zone for adults only in the restaurant.....children should not be allowed in the bar

"Lovely kid friendly break"

The room was spacious and light. Fantastic outside disco and place for the kids to play and run freely. Staff were generally very helpful and child friendly.

Reception could’ve been more polite, interested and personable.

"From start to finish 5 star"

From arrival to departure 5 star. Our staff was amazing as we were greeted by Phil on front desk who was professional as the check in ran smoothly after a long drive. The room had all the amenities we needed and plus facing the play /outdoor eating area. We attended the kids entertainment which was fun (sorry didn't take the host name). He was superb and catered all kids with rewards or Candy's. The outdoor foods pizza, burger, macaroni plus two drinks were very nice, but bit pricey. We went back to the room while the music carried on outside check the soundproof windows which were quiet. breakfast was amazing as there were plenty of selections of foods. The breakfast team were very welcoming and friendly.
