Great hotel, really enjoyed my stay, the staff are friendly and give great service from check in to check out. I will stay here again when in Pattaya

My stay could have been improved. I had major issues with air conditioning system in my room as firstly it was always cold, and the temperature was changing from cold to hot during the night. I was told that the engineer had fixed this, after I reported it. It did improve a little. Then I was moved to another room on a lower floor but again within minutes it would only blow out very cold air. So again, I had to move back to the same room again with some issues with the air-conditioning system. Also, before a few days before I check out, I come back to my room with a lot of water on the floor and the area around the air-conditioning system. I really believe its time they upgrade their old air-conditioning system in the rooms. I had many stays in Pattaya and different holtels Iwgich I have stayed in, I have never had this much problems with air conditioning in rooms I had no problems with the staff, except one room cleaning lady that when she was on duty, would knock and ring my room and this was around 14:15 hours and you can get the room cleaned upto 16:00 hours. This lady just wanted to finish early. Also, when I left the room around 14:25 she repeated a few times you don't want your room cleaned. When I sad I did! I did send a reply email which they asked guests about their stay, but the hotel did not reply with any apologies. There just one more thing, when I logged in as member to book my stay with the hotel, I did never receive any discount for the room or get this refunded. As I was told I should have had this.

Everything in this hotel was in my opinion excellent! Service excellent. clean and fresh environment and rooms. The staff always smiling and being helpful and serviceminded. Breakfast is ok. Originaly we had a reservation for 4 nights, but ended up staying 7 nights. Would be nice if you change the playlist at swimmlngpool or make it longer. Feels like the same songs repeat all the time.

Only stayed one night, staff were pleasant and friendly but the property is a little tired. The room had a strong damp smell and I’d say a feeling of not being overly clean(. Water marks on counter, shower glass not too clean but again might just the age. Good location for the central area

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay. No complaints. Room was very quiet and ac worked very well. Very comfy bed. Work out room had no ac so I could not use it.

Excellent location, central to all things Pattaya. This is my second time to stay at Page 10 and have no doubt I will stay there again. The staff is great and I saw the same faces from last year. This hotel is very guest friendly and overall very affordable.

Throughly recommend Page 10 Motel. Clean, spacious rooms. Quiet location as far as noise. But cental to everything. Friendly staff. 10/10

Shower water smelt so bad, like swamp water (Level 2) that you didn’t want to shower.

Not a guestfriendly hotel anymore,,,, i am used to stay in this very nice hotel but last time they start to ask for 1000 Baht for the third girl visiting me. i understand that some hotels are asking for extra 300 Baht but not 1000 Baht. unfortunately i will start looking for another hotel for my future stays
