Very good staff We had a problem with the aircon and the staff moved us to a beautiful big room at 1 am ,, fantastic staff

The property is very noisy and not soundproof. As a female I felt quite uncomfortable due to noise at night, banging doors and lots of comings and goings.

Page 10 hotel in Pattaya just off 2nd Rd is a excellent hotel to stay in . Rooms good size , but aircon can be a bit noisy, breakfast has a excellent choice for western , and others , one concern it can be a bit noisy if your room faces the street as bars are close by

As always, Page 10 offers a very good location, great staff, good , clean and spacious rooms and a great overall experience. My only issue was the Air conditioning packing up in the middle of the night, however the following day I was promptly moved to a new room with the minimum of fuss and no issues. Staff were very helpful in this matter, but they offered nothing by way of compensation as I had a night without air con. However, everything else was perfect. Pool area is always very clean, pool service is prompt and efficient, room service is also very good. I didn't opt for breakfast as there is not enough variety on offer, and for the extra 200 / 250 baht , there are cheaper and better options available outside. In fact, at the top of the road, turn right and walk 20 yards is a small Thai restaurant which offers great Thai food at very good prices. The room in Page 10 was scrupulously clean, fresh towels and bed linen, very good water pressure in the shower and in room amenities include toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, towels, bathroom scales, dressing gowns, umbrellas, coffee and tea facilities, fridge, in room safe and hairdryer. I understand an iron is available from reception, or if you turn right out of the hotel and walk down the road there's "oe Laundry" which is very cheap and they will also deliver your laundry back to the hotel if you ask nicely and give a small tip. The best rooms are on the lower floors, each room has European style plug sockets as well. TV isn't that great, and the Hotel Wifi is poor. Tips I'd suggest are as follows: Get a room on the lower floors, also grab food / drinks etc from the 7/11 at the top of the road on the other side. There is a money changer (TT) on the same side and several ATM's as well. The "buy 2 get one free" offer at the Hotel bar is actually better value than most places, effectively it works out at 3 cocktails for 90 baht each. Take laundry to the bottom of the road, as stated, it is cheaper that in house, although in house is very quick and very good indeed, as I've used it before. Get 2 keycards from reception upon arrival. Keep 1000 baht spare for the Hotel deposit they ask for when checking in.

Staff is excellent. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Location is perfect and they are guest friendly.

Wouldnt choose another hotel except this Gem
