"Great Hotel in Great Location"

The Location of the hotel was fantastic, 3 min walk to the beach, 1 min walk to bars and restaurants. The Room was a very good size, with a small balcony. Bed was large and very comfortable, Maid service was fantastic too. All the staff were wonderful always smiling and very friendly. Food was good too. Rooftop pool was nice and clean, only thing i would recommend would be some sun umbrella as it got very hot. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back again

"Horrible Experience"

We reached early. The Reception Staff was so Arrogant, she mentioned check inn time is 12 PM. At 11:45 AM too she was not ready to handover the room. I had booked 2 rooms, requested for rooms on same floor, she mentioned No. requested for an interconnect room, she mentioned No. Asked if someone could help with luggage, standard reply is No. She demanded for a cash deposit of 2000 THB. I asked the reason. She replies you want room or shall i cancel the room. The worst is yet to come, the House Keeping staff, are horrible lazy and fit for nothing. You have to request multiple times to clean room. Asked for extra paper roll, she got all angry and hyper. The Breakfast is the biggest disaster ever. You ask for anything they start shouting. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. They discriminate among guests. INDIANS STAY AWAY !!

"Nice and cosy.."

Stayed here for a night. Smooth check in and check out. They demand 1000 Bt as a deposit for 1 room which they return at the time of check out. Rooms are well furnished, with all necessary amenities. Deluxe rooms are equipped with bathtub. Very spacious with a small balcony. Very comfortable beds, neat and tidy linens. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. Hotel is very close to main beach and walking street. Easily accessible and best location. Hotel staff is very friendly and supports flawless. Recommendable for all kinds of travellers.

Nice clean hotel with a great location easily accessible to shopping and the beach. The staff was professional, breakfast was pretty basic but functional, simple pool on the roof. I would stay again.
