La struttura è posizionata sulla promenade, zona perfetta per passeggiate serali senza lo stress e il traffico di sheraton road. Stanza spaziosa e pulita, con terrazzino. Cibo ottimo con vasta scelta (ovviamente ci sono delle pietanze ripetitive ma si tratta di un buffet). Bella la spiaggia con servizio navetta molto efficiente. Personale gentile, in occasione delle escursioni e il giorno del check out ci hanno anche fornito box colazione/pranzo.

I originally booked a standard room, and at check-in I was informed that I would receive a free upgrade to a junior suite, which initially sounded like a positive gesture. However, I later discovered that this room was located outside the main hotel building, meaning I had to walk outside the hotel every time I needed to reach my room, which was not clearly explained in advance and was inconvenient, especially with my family. The room itself had a nice view and was visually good, but there were several serious issues. Hot water in the bathroom was unreliable and not available most of the time, and when it did work, it would suddenly stop. The television or its remote control was not functioning properly. Additionally, during the first two to three days of my stay, there was constant noise from maintenance work and workers directly in front of the room. They spoke loudly, made repair noises early in the day, and on one occasion knocked on the door asking to carry out repairs while my family and I were sleeping, which was extremely disturbing and ruined our rest. Regarding food and dining, the variety was acceptable and the food quality was generally good. However, the restaurant had a very unpleasant smell upon entering, which made me feel nauseous every time, and this significantly affected the dining experience despite the food itself being okay. The most disappointing and unacceptable part of the stay was the overall attitude of the staff. Although the hotel is located in Hurghada and the staff are all Egyptian, my family and I were treated noticeably worse because we were the only Egyptian guests. Staff members were very friendly, smiling, and attentive with foreign guests, while with us there was clear neglect, no smiles, and visible annoyance when we asked for anything. Bar staff, in particular, delayed my coffee orders for more than 15 minutes while focusing on serving foreign guests first. This pattern of behavior was consistent across the hotel.

Отличный отель и супер приветливая русскоязычная девушка на ресепшене. Все помогла, рассказала. И когда мы забыли зарядку в отеле от айпада нам её вернули.

Хотелось бы активностей для детей больше и официанты в ресторане вели себя неэтично.

hôtel qui est très loin d'être un 5* hôtel très très bruyant en journée à la piscine, à la plage et surtout le soir jusqu'à 23h15 minimum !!! nourriture plus que moyenne sans aucune variété all incluse, boissons servies dans des gobelets plastiques à la piscine et le soir / pas d'eco cup !!! choix très très limité en boissons non alcoolisées(fanta, coca, sprite). les gobelets plastiques s'envolent à la piscine.. hôtel visuellement assez joli, belle piscine, aquapark, jardin, transats, parasols navette toutes les 15 min pour vous emmener à la plage.... la plage avec du sable damé n'est pas très belle et très bruyante, Les chambres nécessitent des travaux de rafraichissement, les matelas ont vécu, la salle de bain de belle taille mais très très vieille... loin d'un 5* chambre très mal isolée, vous participez sans le vouloir aux show tous les soirs jusqu'à 23h15, impossible de dormir !! téléphone et coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée dans la chambre. au coucher du soleil fermeture de la piscine OK mais vous êtes également priés de quitter rapidement les transats... c'est la première fois que nous voyons ce genre de pratique... clients de tout âge, jeunes, moins jeunes et plus âgés, anglais, italiens, allemands et une forte population à connotation slave. en résumé, heureusement que nous avions des activités prévues en dehors de l'hôtel pour ne pas rester les journées entières à l'hôtel... en résumé, nous ne reviendrons plus jamais dans cet hôtel

LOIN D ETRE UN 5* hôtel bruyant, chambre vieillotte, personnel peu accueillant hormis notre petit serveur dans le restaurant...

Nice hotel, friendly people and good food. Cold drinks at the pool to stay hydrated. Karim at the frontdesk will help you all day long with a big smile! :)
