Nice and clean environment. Room service is excellent and they provide daily water bottles and complimentary snacks/fruit and drinks. Almost every kind of food and drinks are available for breakfast/lunch/dinner. If its not to your taste buds, you also have the option of adding spices of your choice! Opposite the main reception desk is tea/coffee/drinks service available all inclusive. They have kind and friendly staff who go above and beyond to help you. Excellent service. Checkout for all people is 12 noon but they gave us extended period of time to stay and a day before we told them we're leaving so they provided free lunchbox for our journey! They have there own private beach which has bus shuttle service that comes every 15 minutes and takes you there in matter of minutes. The back extrance to hotel is near all amenities that you can think of. Shopping is literally minutes walk. When you turn left from the back gates, there are many shops and pharmacies. Within 20 min walk you'll reach big shops that have everything that you'd need. The hotel covarages of WiFi not only works in reception area but also the whole of surrounding area of hotel. This hotel is situated very near the airport and surrounded by lots of near attractions. The hotel has a specialist team available which takes you on different activities/tour of your choice such as trip to Super safari which includes quad biking, camel ride, dining and tour of the bedouin life in desert for 2 people £60. Also another trip you can choose from is exploring Orange Bay, swim with dolphins, cruise etc. You can ask at reception for more info. All kind of entertainment is available and will definitely keep you saftised. It's such a great place and I'd recommend.

Персонал на рецепции Karim и Saied очень клиентоориентированы. Большое спасибо Вообще это отель для отдыха с детьми от домашних забот. Я больше люблю активный отдых. Нам нужно было просто переночевать между поездкой к дельфинам и самолетом. Всё прошло великолепно. Разрешили check out позднее правил, отдельная благодарность за это.

J’ai passé un agréable séjour au sein de cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, un grand merci au personnel de chambre qui a su nous chouchouter et nous a permis d’avoir un excellent confort. Tous les jours nous avions le droit à de superbes sculptures dans notre chambres. On vous en remercie ! De plus, au cours de mon séjour j’ai fais d’excellentes rencontres, et j’ai également passé de superbe moments ! Les serveurs, les animateurs, les maîtres nageurs et tout le personnel de l’hôtel étaient très aimables et respirer la joie de vivre. Mais plus particulièrement le serveur Mohamed Nagy qui nous préparer les meilleurs cocktails et de superbes glaces et Joseph qui nous préparer les meilleurs fresh juice tous les jours. Ils ont été très accueillants, bienveillants et d’une immense gentillesse. Merci à vous !!
