Location, staff and food and drinks were all excellent. Zach was very helpful for drinks.

The room really needed aircon. Other than that it was lovely.

"Lovely place to stay, garden for drinks is beautiful. Watch out for the 10% discretionary service charge on your stay."

Room was lovely, garden for drinks in evening are really nice.

They put a 10% discretionary service charge on the cost of the bed and breakfast cost for my final bill. It was taken off with no issue on my request but it felt quite sneaky the way it was added. I had already paid for the accommodation and only had a few drinks to pay for so it was very obvious but I could see how someone might not notice it. If they were more up front I would have considered paying some form of tip for staff but was annoyed by the way it was done.
