Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort

Het buffet van het ontbijt was geweldig. Het buffet van het eten 's avonds vonden wij minder goed, de Taverne op het terrein, was het wel erg lekker eten!!

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, ein Frühstücksbüffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt, lediglich beim Abendessen wäre etwas mehr Auswahl wünschenswert gewesen Super Strandlage, allerdings Sandstrand mit Kies und gleich im Wasser Steine mit vielen Seeigeln (Schuhe empfehlenswert)

Positiv: sehr bequemes Bett, gutes WLAN, Mitarbeiter freundlich, speziell Bedienung an der Hotelbar. Enttäuschend: Sauberkeit im Zimmer (vor allem Bad), Einrichtung im Hotel sehr unpersönlich und lieblos, dito Garten, Frühstück qualitativ ungenügend, schlechter Kaffee, Bedienung am Stand sehr langsam. Hotelparkplatz ist, für Gäste welche Auto der Vermietung CosmoRent (Autovermietung im selben Ort) haben, gesperrt. Warum müssen Gäste Unstimmigkeiten zw. Hotelmanagement und CosmoRent ausbaden? Wir sind jedes Jahr in Kriopigi. Dieses Jahr 7 Personen mit 5 Zimmern und mussten ausserhalb des Hotelparkplatzes parken. Ein absolutes No Go für ein 5* Hotel. Wir werden Kassandra Palace nicht mehr buchen.

Kassandra Palace´s rating as a five star hotel is questionable. It appears an old and moderately managed hotel. We stayed in their executive room. It did not appear as a five star hotel room that we expected. Simply, it was not comparable to rooms we remember from other five star hotels. For example, the room´s shower, furniture, and overall impression were appropriate to a 3+ rating. Further, the elevator is too old, small, slow, and requires a time to arrive. In our consideration, we overpaid our stay there. The hotel´s outside environment (e.g., green areas, beach) looks better and nice. Breakfast is very good.

Instalaciones muy buenas Las paredes de la piscina exterior no acaban de estar limpias y dejan usar flotadores gigantes

Very good hotel,but I wouldn’t say is a 5 star hotel. I could easily say is a good four star hotel for families.The beach is nice ,as well as the pool.

Το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτούργησε από την πρώτη μέρα και παρόλο την επισήμανση δεν ασχολήθηκε κανένας.( λειτουργούσε σε θερμοκρασία 5 βαθμούς Κελσίου και δεν ανταποκρινόταν) Βέβαια η επισήμανση ήταν ότι είμαστε τυχεροί στον πρώτο όροφο καθώς στον δεύτερο είναι χειρότερα τα πράγματα. Τα στρώματα απαράδεκτα και η κατάσταση του ξενοδοχείου δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε πενταστερο. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ανακαίνιση για να δικαιολογεί τα χρήματα του.

Property is relatively old, with a very nice outdoor space but a very average management. You can find better with the same money.

The beach is nice and the garden of the property is beautiful. However this hotel isn’t as luxurious as it depicts. It’s dated and they will try and squeeze every last euro out of anyone. No complimentary water at the buffet dinner which is bizarre. A bottle was 4.50 euro. No complimentary anything throughout the whole 5 night stay. Staff are nice. This hotel just needs to step up its game in terms of luxury. Keep searching when wanting to book a hotel around here. It’s beautiful but not worth the costs of coming to this hotel. Sadly disappointed. Also did get food poisoning from the on site taverns fish which was not acknowledged.

The air conditioning through out the entire facility did not work well. Our room was very hot even at night
