Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort

This hotel is very old and run down. Definitely not a 5 star. Arrived into room and the aircon was making a very loud sound and the room had a bad mouldy smell. I went to reception and asked for another room but was told there were no rooms available in the category I booked. I had to wait 2 hours for aircon to get fixed and the cleaners to deal with the smell. Went to have a shower and the shower head was corroded and the water was spraying everywhere. Reported it to reception but couldn’t get anyone to replace it till the following day. Next day went to have a shower and there was no hot water. I complained to the Guest Service manager but no satisfactory outcome. They should be embarrassed to rate this hotel as 5 star.

Very good service and friendly personal. Elli and Despoina at the reception of the restaurant were really nice and helpful! A big variety of sport activities, as well as activities for children. The room could use some refreshment, new A/C system and maybe some better pillows. All in all we are we pleased and satisfied!

The only good thing about KassandraPalace is excellent weather and sea! Realistically it is a 21/2 star hotel that's why the low rating. If they claimed a 3star I would most definitely give excellent rating, but if you claim a 5star and there is no AC...?! Food, i wont even go there....Staff, they try to put the smiles on but if you ask for a glass of water they get annoyed! I wonder when the real busy season is how they handle it.

Lovely grounds and beach. Spa treatments were amazing every time I had one (I had 3 in a weeks stay) well worth the money. Service was very good at all restaurants and bars, staff were always friendly.

Lovely hotel with good food and service. Spa area could be better though. Jacuzzi didn't work and small spa options.

Brilliant facilities and location, really well kept and could’ve stayed at the hotel every day but for the staff and food. Shockingly overpriced lunch menu, got served to me cold twice, breakfast was very average buffet without much choice. Staff seemed inept at simple drinks orders and at one point it seemed everyone being served was complaining all at once. Halkidiki is lovely though so would go again just probably not to Kassandra palace

В номере есть сейф, что очень удобно, небольшой холодильник и телевизор. Персонал отеля приветлив и доброжелателен, все мои вопросы решались быстро и с положительным результатом. В главном здании есть столовая, готовят там очень хорошо. Практически каждый день было что-то из греческой кухни, как на завтрак, так и на ужин. Также на территории есть таверна, в которой можно хорошо посидеть и попробовать греческую кухню. Пляж чистый, галька либо крупный песок с щебнем. В воде с каменистым дном можно наткнуться на морских ежей, поэтому плавать лучше в пляжных тапках. Если пройти вдоль берега, то будет мелкий песок на суше и в воде. Рекомендую тем, кто хочет спокойно отдохнуть без лишней суеты.
