"Appeared unkeeped could do with a bit of TLC!"

The rooms looked tired, no hair dryer, no effort for breakfast cereal and toast. Landlord and landlady could of presented themselves a bit better.

Breakfast was adequate for the price. Service was excellent and friendly.

No hairdryer in room ,or kettle for tea drinkers,although a coffee machine and coffee was provided. Otherwise excellent.

Dog poo under the patio table (out the front). Shower head needed attention.
