Excellent location, close enough to sea front. Really great hosts, too.

This hotel was spotless and clean and comfortable the owners were very friendly 1st time here but we will most definitely come back

Nothing everything was perfect

Property was clean and tidy, well laid out with the bar and restaurant in one room. Room was ideal for a quick weekend stay over with all the amenities needed to make it comfortable.

Only thing was the pillows only one on each side of the bed and of different sizes. Could do with a few more.

The owners are a lovely couple very helpful and chatty. The house is far enough away from the main entertainment so the noise is not a bother. If you are coming by train as we did it was an easy walk from the station and we are in our late 60s. The house is older but beautifully kept steep stairs and a bit creaky breakfast was also great.

Excellent value, very clean and the nicest staff I’ve ever had in a Blackpool hotel. Good quality breakfast and a well stocked reasonably priced bar for the evenings
