"What a lovely place to stay within walking distance to central prom shops and seafront"

The owners where lovely helped us to get tickets and lovely advice on where to eat 😀

Would of liked a bigger room but we didn't ask as only there for short time

John and Sandra were wonderful owners nothing was to much rooms were immaculately clean with everything you needed breakfast was really nice highly recommend this b and b shall definitely be staying there in the future x🙂

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the room I had resided in was the right size for me. Also, the hotel is ideally located for where I needed to go.

"Box of frogs."

Proprietors are down to earth and real grafters. We made our booking at very last minute after a blip with our original booking at another property (my fault). So managed to book here. On arrival we were greeted by the owners. ln the first instance we were made to feel welcome by the crazy Sandra and laid back but dry /witty John. We were a group of 4 ppl- 2 rooms. 2 nights. Nice. very clean rooms with all you need. Breakfast was very nicely cooked,presented and served. We would definitely stay here again, without hesitation. Real ppl with a great property.

Nothing to not like really. Maybe shower a little low on pressure. But not whinging.
