Need to let them know in advance for verge breakfast (I didn't realise).

Great place to stay, I booked based on reviews and did not fail. Ran by a lovely lady, everything was clean, comfy beds and a great breakfast. In walking distance of everything you need and a couple of carparks nearby if there's no on the road parking. I would definitely use this hotel on my next trip to Blackpool

Very nice staff, polite and helpful, very clean hotel. Good sized single room, clean room, very quiet for the most part. Very good hotel overall. Not far from cafes and shops, Tower about 15 minutes, beach as well. It's one of the cleanest hotels I've found, even in branded ones

As with any hotel, you do hear a little noise at this one, a few guests talking loudly for a little while but nothing compared to brand hotels, that can be like going to a nightclub, you could hesr noisy people from the hotel next door a few times, but of course they won't be there, when you might stay. So don't worry. Overall it's much quieter than 1,000+ hotels I've been to, bathroom is very tiny, it's fine for most people, i get stressed in tiny areas not the hotels fault most older hotels have standard sized bathrooms, i usually book a twin or double as they can be bigger, but this single room was really good, most people won't find it an issue, it was very clean and shower was good etc had hand soap provided and clean towels, so all good, really nice clean hotel overall thank you.

Arrived a few hours earlier than check in, was greeted by 1 of the owners who couldnt have been more plesant and helpful from the get go if she tried. Allowed us to check-in early, pointed out the best and local parking. When we checked in she explained all about the stay, where things were, how to get to where we were going, breakfast. Room was tidy, clean, shower worked and was nice. Breakfast was nice, owner even went out on a limb for us on our checkout day and made us a sandwich to go as we were leaving before breakfast time. Really enjoyed our stay, was made to feel very welcome and comfortable, would definitely stay again and recommend

Lovely little guest house..very nicely decorated room ..pretty bed covering..comfy bed..owners were very helpful..carrying my heavy bag to the room...walking distancevto town or a bus route at the bottom of the street if you prefer..near all attractions..would recommend 😀

Comfy bed, not too far from centre.

Very warm rooms, no hot water from tap, and a very noisy nearby donkey! Was fine for what we needed but doubt we would stay again. Basic rooms but do the job for an overnight.
