Nice place for a night Traditional interiors (careful, tricky steps)

Staff were pushy and did not stop asking to book a tour with them to the city, made my parents feel uncomfortable. The lady who made breakfast was nice, the breakfast itself was not that special. We asked if it could be made before 9 because we had a long drive ahead of us, but they said it couldn’t be done because they’d source the produce for breakfast fresh. It was bread, egg & coffee….. the location was quite far from the centre (both a bad and a good point, as the city centre tends to smell bc of the leather production). Shower didn’t have curtains so it was difficult not to flood the bathroom. For 50€ a night, you should be able to expect more effort.

Authentic Moroccan residence & an interesting place to stay, the rooms are around a central court yard. Secure parking for motorcycles is available at extra cost 10m from the Riad. It is very likely you will need a guide.. talk to the Riad owner to arrange this and request a 'price' before you go.

Part of the experience is finding this place... expect to pay a guide .. get the price before accepting help. ( in rural areas help is given freely .. in the tourist towns you will be asked for money )

I have booked this room for my parents and the staffs were very helpful. they have treated kindly and respectfully my parents were very pleased and happy. I thank you for your hospitality.

The property has an amazing hall where you can feel the old times. Breakfast was good

Shower worked bad and leaked, on the second floor my friend didn’t have hot water, there was smell in the room like in the very old houses, dusty blanket and not very clean sheets.

It was a beautiful Riad. The 2 female employees were amazing. We had 2 elderly adults with us and the gave us 2 rooms on the ground floor instead of the family room we had booked which was up a very narrow flight of stairs.

It was freezing. The heaters in both rooms didn't work. 1 bathroom flooded regularly the other bathroom had an usable shower head. It was also very dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. So everyone had to shower in the flooded bathroom. The male employees were very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. We asked for a taxi to the train station. The man at the front desk told us to wait 5 mins. After 45 minutes he hadn't come back and we dragged all our stuff to the main road and found one ourselves.

Amazing place

Maybe the host is offering too much service. Paid guided tour off the city the next day, which we did not order. It way just inforced.

Great value for the money. Beautiful place.

Toilet paper and soap would have been nice.

Beautiful, large room with amazing traditional doorway, and great view from the terrace. Friendly and welcoming staff and owner.
