"A great stay in Fez!"

We stayed at this hotel in Fez for 2 nights. It was perfectly located outside the medina, giving us the peace and quiet to relax, and offering us the chance to explore the medina when we wanted to. The room we had was on the ground floor and was a great size. The team were so kind and attentive. The breakfast had a good selection of tasty Moroccan and French bakery products, eggs and a selection of jams.

We had an issue with the bathroom flooding. The team were so kind to clean it up for us and routinely checked on it for us to ensure the issue did not repeat itself.

Riad Khouloud was a nice historical building The staff were very friendly The breakfast was nice There are some renovations planned according to the owner. Free parking at the door

The location is not the best. Even though it is within the old city (Fes El Bali), it is a bit far from the old market and not located in the best area.

Great place to stay. The room was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. Good breakfast and the view from the terrace was amazing. Close to Medina, you can go by walk in 10 minutes.

The WiFi could run better in the room.

The Ryad is beautiful, our room too. Good position, good owner and staff ! Nice breakfast offered that you can enjoy by the terrace. We had henna made too !! I would recommend it if you are visiting Fez .

everything; room was big and we had the quieter side of the riad, staff are very helpful and are not expecting tipping, location for us was great as in the old town so we could wander about (with assistance) the medina which has almost 10,000 streets so please do use a guide unless you plan to just go around a few streets near to your stay
