Elmora House

We had a phone call to say we could check in early, which was aprpiciated. We were greeted by a friendly man who carried our bags to the room. The room was a good size and clean enough. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. For us the location couldn't have been any better really, we were close to everywhere we needed to be. There was a hair dryer, fridge, iron and ironing board.

We didn't stay in the Elmora house (we did book there but we were put next door in the aspire) I wasn't very happy initially as it was absolutely nothing like the Elmora, the rooms were totally different and not as nice. We didn't know we would be sent next door. Other thanthat, which wasnt a problem once i settled, we had no issues. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot, and fab location which thats all we needed as we were only there one night. We will stay again.

We got moved to the calypso hotel was perfect staff very helpful accommodating us and make sure everything was great .

It was near to the tower and central pire

It smelt damp, it was dirty

The property was close to the winter gardens.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows very thin,the water in the shower was very cold. And the stairs were very steep and narrow and the wall were covered in wet paint.

Dirty floors with someone else's hair everywhere. Mattress protector was dirty and ripped. The bed had springs sticking out all over. The blinds were broken and tatty. The shower was unable to be height adjusted without it falling off the wall. I don't know when the photos were taken but they definitely were not taken recently.
