El personal fue super amable y servicial. Los servicios estaban muy bien, con recogida en la estación.

En mi opinión precio excesivo, con una cena que aunque buena, no era excelente, en especial la carne. A tener en cuenta, que el onsen no es al aire libre, aunque todo muy bien cuidado.

The location is excellent and the staff are super lovely - kind, considerate and willing to assist. We had an extensive view from our good sized room (Japanese style standard room) and were provided with an in room fan to assist with cooling the room. A double layer of futon mattress ensured a very comfortable bed. The shuttle service to and from the bus depot was faultless. We opted in to the Kaiseki dinner experience and would recommend this to others who are looking for a Japanese formal dining experience. The choice of 3 Onsen pools was nice and these facilities were in good condition.

I concur with what others have recently said about this hotel: For the price I paid, I was somewhat disappointed because it's in need of renovation. The facilities - (bathroom, kitchenette, furniture) although clean they are really showing their age and therefore lowered my overall enjoyment of the hotel.
