The Plough Inn

The Plough Inn is the perfect place for a relaxing break with oak beams and open log fires, it is just so cosy. The food is delicious and served by friendly, attentive staff and we had the best breakfast ever. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside about The Plough was that we had to leave but we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic

We had a great stay at the plough , it was clean airy and a great feel . The staff were first class and attentive , we had breakfast and evening meals and the food was excellent on every occasion. We were in room two which was very nice but on a down side it is above the bar although it never kept us awake but there is also the pub sign light which goes of at eleven but is quite bright if you want to sleep earlier and you need darkness . That said I will definitely be returning to the plough in the future

Outstanding accommodation in an equally outstanding area

Loved our room, especially the big bathroom. Was spotless everywhere. Only thing i would like different would be a softer mattress. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice. Excellent service!

The best hotel experience we have had in a long long time the food was first class and the staff was so helpful and friendly location was good and would recommend to anyone.

The property had plenty of outside areas to sit and to drink or eat. The building was well maintained and access to our room was easy. The property was picturesque and reasonably close to the village.
