I stayed here, for a single night, on a business trip; I stay in Yeovil very frequently but have never stayed in this hotel. My usual hotel was unavailable and, having read some reviews, I thought this one looked pretty good. I had a great check-in experience - the lady that welcomed me did a great job. I had dinner in the bar area and my wrap was of a high quality and tasted good. My room was of a good size but the bed was horrible - the mattress was too small for the frame, and moved around on it, and was completely shot, with a big dip in the middle. It was a very uncomfortable night with poor sleep. The room was joined to the main courtyard where everyone went to smoke - so it was quite noisy. The walls are paper thin and I was disturbed by the guests in the next room. The curtains are very thin and so light came pouring into the room quite early. The shower head, for some strange reason, is mounted quite low on the wall and, being 6’1”, meant I couldn’t shower properly. Breakfast, I a had read in other reviews, was supposed to be really good - so I looked forward to that. Unfortunately, it was horrendous. The quality of the sausages and bacon was really poor and I ended up leaving most of it. I won’t be staying here again - for a similar price, or a teeny bit more, there are significantly better options.

Lovely staff really helpful room average but comfortable and clean.meg was really lovely couldn't do enough for us made my grandson really welcome. Great experience excellent value for money recommend you give it a go also breakfast was excellent next time I'm in the area I will stay again
