Our room in the annex was commodious, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The layout of the room was unsatisfactory.
Comfy bed and plenty of space in room. Not that clean in bathroom- flakes of paint on floor, mould on ceiling. Breakfast was great. Ideal for a stop over night.
Cheap and cheerful albeit with great staff!
In chalets disturbed by extreme banging of neighbours door when door being pulled hard to close and lock, often repeated, evenings and early morning.

The rooms are a good size, well decorated and clean. Great value for money with a great breakfast included. Dee was an amazing host, good company and happy to provide gin tasters at the bar. I was staying for 2 nights while my mother was in the local hospital and I want to thank Dee, his staff and family for their understanding and support at a really difficult time. I would definitely recommend their accommodation and hospitality.
The rooms were nice, a good size and just what we need for a one night break from driving. Breakfast was lovely a nice selection and overall it was great value for money. The only downsides were the lady who checked us in made the whole process much more complicated than it needed to be which was tiring when we had been driving all day. Also there were not enough teabags, sugars etc provided. Apart from these two small things it was a nice hotel and it wouldn't stop us staying here again.
Staff were in short supply but Meg happily dashed around cooking food and serving behind the bar (she needs a raise). Food prices were very cheap but the quality and quantity were good. Bar was not the most well stocked but catered for everyone who was there. I would stop here again
It was an overnight stop on the way to Cornwall. It suite us fine. Food good , room comfortable and staff very pleasant. More to the point it was reasonably priced and as pensioners this suited us just right.
