Місце розташування по відношенню до пляжу і доступність . ( близьке розташування автобусної зупинки ) . Сподобався ресторан і обслуговування персоналом. Щиро дякую їм за роботу.

Неввічливий персонал : коли вітались з ними , говорили дякую, не було ніякої відповіді. Особливо недоброзичливі жінки на рецепції. Не прибирали номер, прибирання заключались в зміні рушників і виносу мусора. Тільки після того як поскаржились адміністратору, почали прибирати номер.. кожного ранку було неможливо дихати в номері через сморід з вулиці ( смерділо каналізацією). Цей сморід відчувався не тільки в номері, але і в ресторані зранку. На протязі дня не відчувався.

As instalações eram óptimas, tudo super organizado, os quartos confortáveis, ficámos num quarto com a varanda virada para a praia dava para ver um pouco o mar, e estávamos mesmo perto da praia, menos de 5min a pé. A comida foi sempre agradável e muito variada. Um ponto muito forte e importante para nós foram os funcionários que eram incríveis, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Foi a primeira viagem do nosso bebé de 1 ano e ele estava sempre super feliz e a gostar de toda a atenção que lhe era dada, é mesmo um ponto alto da nossa visita. Em especial Teresa e Adrián de quem o nosso bebé gostou imenso e foram sempre incríveis com ele! De certeza que se voltarmos a Maiorca será com todo o gosto que ficaremos novamente no hotel!
