The front desk staff were rude. The room was extremely hot. The chlorine levels in the pool were so high, I got a rash. For the cost per night, I expected more.

Everything about the hotel, food and spa was fantastic. the only negative was we were originally booked in the Paddocks. what a huge disappointment this building is to the rest of the grounds. sadly this lets the whole place down. Thankfully we were moved to the main hotel as the halls and bathroom had a bad smell so i called up to complain as the whole experience in this building was outdated, dirty, smelly and in need of a full revamp. the rest of the stay was fantastic.

We booked through Expedia & we were not made aware that we could add Fire & Ice / Procedures to our package. This meant we missed the use of these options on the first day of our overnight stay. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable & relaxing.

The room I stayed in was very hot at nights. A number of other friends said the same. And out dated plugs in the room with no USB charging.
