Excellent hotel and good value for money

We had a wonderful stay at Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa! The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the whole experience felt very relaxing from start to finish. The spa facilities, especially the pool and changing rooms, were spotless and really well maintained — a real highlight of our visit. Our room in The Paddock was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented, making it a comfortable place to unwind. The only thing that would have made the stay perfect was air conditioning in the room. Unfortunately, it was a particularly hot day, and the room did get quite warm overnight. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d definitely return — ideally when it’s a bit cooler!

Obtained a very good B&B 2night deal at the hotel, excellent facilities, large bar & seating areas, great bar food. Excellent buffet breakfast. All staff both at the front & back of house very polite/friendly & helpful. Only down side was the wasps in the garden seating area. Highly recommend.

Loved it, great for a run and gym.

I always stay with Hilton chain for service and quailty reasons but this place delivers! I am very pleased.

Appalling customer service. No welcome. The room was spacious and beautifully clean. No air con and the windows do not open so on a hot night, it is an uncomfortable sleep

Nice relaxing stay

Really comfy beds in the annex,. Whilst the room was very clean and fairly new, I stayed during a 30°C day which made it a little stuffy at night. A fan was provided but was quite toasty.

Just the one night stay and no complaints but for one item hence completing this. No water in kettle in morning or a modest sized bottle of water in fridge to make 2 morning hot drinks on getting up.
