The Restaurant Wasn’t Open In The Evening

Nice stay, enjoyed the leisure facilities and the bar for restaurant food when staying away.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be good, particularly in terms of value for money. The pricing was reasonable, and the stay provided the essentials needed for a short visit. One of the highlights was the excellent food, which was well-prepared and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made a significant positive impact on my stay. However, I did encounter a few issues that affected my experience. The bed was quite uncomfortable, leading to a restless night and leaving me feeling drained during an important meeting the following day. The bathroom also appeared somewhat tired, with noticeable mould around the shower area, which could benefit from maintenance. While the affordability and service were excellent, improvements in comfort and upkeep would further enhance the overall guest experience.

Everything bar the room was great. Unfortunately our room smelt mouldy, there was no aircon but opening the window to the courtyard let in the smells from the kitchen, also some very noisy birds that woke us up at 5am. Bed was comfortable and breakfast fantastic. Would have been cooler and less stuffy on the lower floors, for the high price I felt underwhelmed, I’ve stayed before and the room was great, so try and get a room on the ground or 1st floor, especially in the summer.

My go to now when working away in the area. Great price during the week with a great breakfast and full use of the gym, pool, sauna etc. Wouod definitely recommend

The Hotel its self and grounds are very nice, the room was adequate if a little dated however that is the style of this hotel the pool and amenities are great, but the food was expensive for what you got. Overall a good hotel and very clean.

Stay was great, staff were great. Especially Bolu in the restaurant. Room was way too hot thou even with a fan!

Great Spa facilities. Staff superb, Reenie in restaurant was lovely, well spoken and so helpful. No room telephone, reception phone number didn't get through once from our mobiles. It was busy though. 2nd floor, end room was very hot and window only opened a few inches. No view other than large flat roof Shower on/off very stiff. Noisy fan noise all night eminating from the roof area.
