"Worst experience, ever! Nunca mais passo nem perto de um hotel da rede Sehrs"

A piscina particular e o espaço do apto são bons, embora não conservados como deveria

Conservação pessima, não condizente com o preço e com uma rede internacional. Gavetas de armários quebradas, ventilador que não funcionava, chuveiro pessimo (sem pressão), grama toda queimada, utensílios de cozinha quebrados, janela na parte inferior com uma espécie de tapume, pois dava para um barracão de manutenção. Terraço de um dos quartos interditado pelo hotel, com cadeado, pois oferecia risco de queda. Toalhas com marcas de sujeiras "não identificadas". Café da manhã muito ruim - qualidade. Mas a cereja do bolo foi um camundongo andando a noite na sala..... E os funcionários disseram nada poder fazer....

Péssimo custo benefício, limpeza deixou a desejar, fizemos varias reclamações, janelas sem black out (quartos iluminados impossibilitando um descanso programado), café da manhá com frutas estragadas, reaproveitadas do dia anterior, funcionarios anti paticos....
