Liz and Chris are fantastic hosts. Great property 3 minute walk from Windermere. Excellent breakfast each morning, and Chris shared his local archaeological knowledge with us, which was great!

"Quiet, peaceful & homely"

The Full English was fabulous along with availability of fruit & cereals. The location was remote & very peaceful with great views over Lake Windermere. Easy access down a private path to the lakeside. A wonderful rustic cottage with lots of character.

"Beautiful little cottage right in the middle of nature"

Absolutely stunning secluded location with a gorgeous view of lake Windermere, lovely walks very close by, beautiful interior to the cottage and the friendliest, most welcoming owners ever. Delicious cooked breakfast with lots of choice on cold options too. Had a really lovely stay with my boyfriend, thank you so much Liz and Chris!
