ITC Mora by Soho Boutique

The location is fantastic, opposite a park and a short walk to the Plaza Major, other places to visit, shops and places to eat. Close to the train and bus stations. Excellent value for money and very pleasant and helpful staff on reception.

Good stay, check in was cool - the guy was lovely - didn’t offer us a map or anything but we didn’t ask. Reception looks cool and all. The room is spacious but it smelt - possibly cigarettes not sure. We’d always leave the window open but room service kept shutting them aha! Oh well. Also there is only one plug right at the other side of the room - not near the bed. I guess it’s good to not be on your phone at night though. They did leave one of those extension boxes plugged in so we could charge multiple things. Showers good, wifi was terrible, it was alright all in all. It is right next to the Atocha station which does most the suburban connections and southern connections. So that was handy. Location wise it’s a good 20 min to half hour walk to the basilica and surrounding area, and it’s right next to a big park. Oh and if you’re looking for breakfast options, go to Matildas. It’s amazing and run by a lil old chappy and the cook. It’s awesome there. We went almost every morning! It’s only a 5-10 min walk away.

Excelente ubicación, son muy amables, el cuarto es de buen tamaño, el baño en buenas condiciones. No hay restaurante pero el room service es muy bueno. Cuidado si tienes el sueño muy ligero, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y puedes no dormir bien. A 5 min de Atocha, a 7 del museo del prado y a 17 de la puerta de Alcalá

I booked the hotel because it was a short walk from the train station and needed a place to stay for one night. The hotel is really clean, super short walk to the train station, and near a lot of restaurants/take away shops. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Good location, walking distance to Atocha and Gran Via. Quiet room though a little small to open a big piece of luggage. Staff all friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a really good find - ideally situated, not far from the Atocha station where the airport bus arrives, near all the most important museums, just across the road from a lovely park, and very reasonably priced.
