ITC Mora by Soho Boutique

It was good but I’m surprised that hotel provides with coffeemaker and cups but no coffee or anything other supplies to make your coffee in the morning. Also, really poor in toiletries. Definitely not impressed.

Photos don't do justice to the hotel. Much better. Very good position right opposite the botanical gardens and very closed to Atocha Train Station and the Prado Museum. Arrived pretty late to the hotel. Receptionist was most helpful and professional. Although the room was interior, it was very good, the space. the bathroom, the comfy bed and quietness. Water pressure was very good as it was the check in and out of the hotel.

Hotel Mora was fabulous! It was clean, comfortable, and in a very great location between museums and cathedrals/ Palaces. We enjoyed The early night life when the streets were full of people- There were street musicians, dancing demonstrations, jugglers and artists everywhere. Hotel Mora’s Best feature was their friendly, efficient staff. I can’t say enough good things about efficient check-in, great advice on where to go when, and assistance with room service and cab needs. I will stay there again

Juan at the front desk was very helpful. The entire staff was friendly.

They should provide with a free coffee capsule. It is pointless to have a Nespresso machine without capsules.

Location, location & location! It is the perfect location for a short trip. It is nearby Atocha station, beautiful Retiro Park, good local coffee shops, museums, and the annual Madrid international book fair.

Nice hotel. The only problem was the room we stayed didn´t have blackout curtains and there was only one outlet to connect the phone charger.
