Encontre algunos cabellos entre las sabanas en la primer noche, la regadera no funcionaba correctamente y la limpieza dejó mucho que desear. El staff fue muy amable y me cambio de habitacion al día siguiente a una mucho mejor, limpia y mas comoda, por el precio creo que hay mejores opciones. Aunque si muy bien ubicado.

I am very happy to have stayed in this hotel. Not only the location is great, but I received an amazing service by Juan at the reception. I traveled to several cities around Spain for several weeks, and I had to stop in Madrid several times. I stayed here every time . Juan really helped me with reserving a room and ensuring I had what I needed , including the helped I got with my luggage management. He was always very pleasant and always willing to help me with my travel needs in a very professional and reliable way. In addition, him and the other staff made my stay in my Madrid even more wonderful . They made it feel like this place was my home in this city. Thank you so much !

For one night this was a good place to stay. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The only downside to staying here was the lack of outlets in the room and the fact that we could hear every sound/movement coming from the hallway. It was clean and the front desk staff was excellent, overall very much worth the cost!

Friendly staff but room was tiny. Not many amenities. Good for the one night I stayed.

This is a very comfortable, clean, cute, small but got everything you need. I love the good water pressure and hot water shower; I love strong AC; I also love the cleanness of the room even bedding sheet smell good. Plus this hotel is in walking distance to most tourist attractions. It also near Starbucks and few restaurants. Oh, I also need to say it is located right next to a park. Very quite and green! Also, the front desk people are very friendly too. If I come back to Madrid, I would stay here again.

Good property at an excellent location. Very friendly staff.

Great simple option in the center of town. Room was quiet. Bit of a smell of smoke from courtyard. Wifi did not work. But we did not stay long enough for that to matter. Delightful plant-art monument “El Vertical”is a surprise wonder around the corner!
