Great place to stay in Madrid. You are in an area where you can walk to many locations to visit and eat. Train station is very close and walkable. Very friendly staff.

Very friendly an helpful staff. Especially, Connie! Great location and walkable. Wish they had washer and dryer on property. Would definitely recommend.

Location was really good. The room had air conditioning.

Near to the train station in walking distance. The Prado gallery just opposite. The bed was worn/soft. Helpfull staff.

Very close to the museums and Retiro Park.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Mora. It was unfortunate that we were placed in a room directly below construction and not informed that it would be happening all throughout the day. We had arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight and the construction was incredibly loud. After a few hours using a white noise app it got louder and we had to go ask to be moved to another room. That room was suitable and the staff was friendly in helping with the move.

Perfect for Atocha train station AND El Prado museum. Botanic garden also. Used both on a one day stop in Madrid.

Staffs at reception are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cleanliness of the room and washroom has room for improvement, specially when it comes to the towel and bed sheets. At times, there are stains on the towels that I hesitated to use it or not. The rooms are small and bit run down, but overall is not bad of a stay cuz the location is pretty convenient. It would be nice if there’s more than one electric outlet, coffee maker, and fridge if possible for the next time I will come for a visit. 😉Located at Paseo del Prado, 32 28014 Madrid Spain that’s closed to Puerta de Atocha train/bus/metro station. Close to every thing. It’s not cheapest to stay at the Mora, but I get to choose I will stay somewhere else where there’s a fridge and coffee maker if I am paying pretty much the same amount of money for another place where they offer fridge and coffee maker. I guess it is the location where are located that make the stay pricey. Restaurant hours of operation is short for July and August. In conclusion, there’s room for improvement. Gracias, Elizabeth, Connie, y el chico que se me olvidó preguntar el nombre por su hospitalidad y servicio. 👏

The walls were scuff marked with what appeared to be shoes marks??!! Room smelled bad. View was hotel supplies. Great location but really disappointing room

The staff was very helpful and the property is in a great location. The bathroom was very clean and the walk in shower is safer than tubs. I only spent a night here but it was a nice experience.
