Unprofessional staff. You can hear everything that the guest next door does--washing hands, flushing the toilet, taking a shower, etc. Vert small bedroom and bathroom. If you feel you're a little bit overweighed, don't choose this hotel; otherwise, you'll be stuck.

While close to the Atocha Station in Madrid, the rooms are tiny for the money, the size of a cheap NY hotel.

It's very convenient! It's near train station & easy in and out of Madrid. Many restaurants and stores are nearby. Also, many museums and Park are in walking distance. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is small but clean and comfy and comes with everything we need. If there is a refrigerator, it would be perfect.

Location across from Prado is the only appealing quality of this property. It is not up to the 8.4 rating in Expedia. Walls thin, space too small for twin beds. Shower dirty, carpet stained, bathroom door unable to close and patio glass door broken.

One of the more noise hotels I’ve stayed in for a while. The fire doors on the stairway slam close and neighboring activity is very clear to hear. Locatie and staff perfect but if you are looking for a good nights rest do not expect it here.

Great location. We lucked into a corner room with windows on two walls. Highly recommend asking for that. We stayed there before in a regular room, which was just ok. Our corner room was 5 stars. Giving overall rating of 4 because there are only a few rooms like that.
