Clean and well located, close to El Prado Museum, El Retiro, and Atocha train station. The restaurant has nice food and ambiance. My only complaint is that at night your can hear the noise from other guests in the hallways and from the outside which made it hard to sleep. I bought some earplugs from the pharmacy close by which helped immensely. Overall I would stay again.

Rooms are small, carpet a bit worn, but good shower, restaurant, and great proximity to Atocha Station.

An older hotel but still in good shape close to the Atocha train station, many dining options and across the street from the botanical gardens.

Great location to be central to everything you need to see in Madrid by foot. The hotel room we had was very spacious, enough floor space to open 2 large suitcases. The bed was comfy. Bathroom also nice. Biggest negative was that the place was not the most sound-proof and you could hear the people in the corridor really clearly and also the slam of each door. The staff spoke English and were very helpful in ordering our taxi to the airport. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The staff is helpful and kind. The room is good, clean, and quiet.

Excellent hotel near the Atocha train station. Very centric location and safe. Staff was very helpful. They took our luggage earlier than the check in. Great service.
