Hotel Collingwood BW Signature Collection

The condition of room is good, I like the food they served, the location of the hotel is brilliant.

The facility is general OK, but may need some more work.

The room was far too warm. Granted the weather was exceptionally warm but so uncomfortable even with the fan on all night

Room was smaller than the usual that I've stayed in previous years. Was very hot and no fan/air-conditioning.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The team were friendly and always helpful, which made everything run smoothly. Our room was comfortable and well kept, and we were happy with the quality of the food throughout our visit. There’s a good mix of facilities too, with a pool, spa area, and a games room that kept us entertained. The bar and restaurant were nice places to unwind in the evenings. Overall, a relaxing break and good value.

Bed very small and uncomfortable….mattress too hard.

Lovely rooms. Fantastic breakfast and staff were happy, friendly and helpful. They have a bar too. There are spa facilities here, which we didn’t use, but looked lovely. Hotel is situated perfectly for the BIC, beach and town. There is a hill to walk up from the BIC, but if you are unable to do this you can get a bus from the pier which stops outside the hotel. You can use a bus pass if you have one.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff were so friendly it really made the stay enjoyable, the spa area & garden were so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with so many options!

Good size room and cleaned daily. Dog was welcomed and staff although busy were attentive and helpful.
