The Griswold Inn

Very nice complimentary breakfast.

Better lighting in the room- especially the bathroom. Some faulty electrical outlets. Regular housekeeping did not happen.

Loved the old Inn. Loved our room; although small, but comfortable.

A sit down breakfast would have been preferred over the continental.

History; charm; great food and tap room

Love the rooms! Love this inn so Pretty. Totally recommend!!!

No TV’s in rooms or the bar. At least the bar would be nice to have.

The seasonal charm of the Inn was very beautiful. Dinner at the inn was delicious and the carolers singing was extra special.

I booked a room in the Inn because it was a historic inn. We were told our room was unavailable upon arrival and escorted across the road to a dreary room behind the inns store. There were no locks on the windows and drafts coming through the door jams. The temperature in the room was 58°. Maintenance came over and said his co-worker had told him earlier that the heat was broken. We then were escorted to another room above the chocolate store. This room was lovely and warm. But it wasn't the same as staying in the historic Inn itself. We were shuffled around. Staying across the road was not the same as staying in the main Inn.

Desk clerk did us a great favor - thanks.. waitress at dinner was great. Love the Gris
