"Good for a few days"

We stayed in a quad with another couple - the place was roomy, clean with a nice bathroom but the breakfast was boring after a couple of days, although the coffee and service were great on the lovely balcony/terrace. Our room had the appearance of a kitchen but the only thing that worked was the sink and the refrigerator - not a dish or glass in the place and the cooktop was not connected nor was the washing machine. There are lots of stairs! But the area is great with two nearby areas of restaurants and a lively square. Hop on Hop off bus stops nearby. So I recommend for a few days but not a long stay if you want to make some of your own food or use a wine glass.

"Good central location"

The jardin de France is located in the old town area and close to the botanical gardens. It is a good base from which to explore Palermo. We stayed for two nights and the owner Ignazio kindly picked us up from the station. He is a very kind gentleman who was helpful and offered assistance with restaurants etc. The room was clean, comfortable and good value. It had a cool airy feel and was quiet at night for a city centre. The accommodation is a little difficult to find but worth the effort. The breakfast was a little 'spartan' but was adequate. Overall the room was good value as a base to explore Palermo and close to good restaurants around Piazza Marina and Piazza Kalza. It is also close to stop 4 of the city tourist bus at Piazza Marina.

"Great Please"

I will have to say that stay in this B&B was fantastic 10-15 min from all main attractions of Palermo very comfortable and clean. We loved breakfast on terrace with great view on mountain and old town.

"Perfect B&B to explore Palermo"

We felt so at ease at this B&B. What a good place to come to rest after a day of exploring vibrant Palermo. The breakfast (coffee, croissant, a bit of toast) is in a cosy room and whith good wheather at the roofterrace next to it with a view of the mountains! The atmosphere is very rustic: nice colours, nice details, clean. Free parking only 5 minutes walk away. Close to a beautiful park. We will come back here when we re-visit Palermo one day.
