Windbell Villa

Close to the all action, 10 mins walk but bikes and scooters available, or just sit by the pool! Very quiet (rare in Vietnam) and fantastic staff.

Relaxing with wonderful rooms, pool, breakfasts and helpful service. A real winner out of the main town but easy walking distance.

A bit out of the main stream or the old town but a 15 minute walk gets you most places , a new build in an older part of town , you can hire bikes here . Hire your motor bikes at Mr Duc at the bridge

Lovely extra large(45sq), clean room, on the ground floor with an outside sitting area(not private but ok). All rooms are close to the central pool which was clean & well maintained. A little too far from the centre of town for us(approx 20min walk to the Japanese Bridge). Quite neighbourhood which was nice for a break but there is not enough restaurants within a 10min walk. The hotel has bikes for hire. Would be a great place for families wanting to relax for a few days. Would stay again & use the push bikes to ride into the old town.

We stayed in Plum Room, furnished to a very nice standard and beautifully clean. Small pool in lovely private gardens. The owners are very friendly and helpful and will arrange trips and airport pickups etc. it is also possible to hire bikes/mopeds. The hotel is in a quiet residential area on the island of Cam Nam and is an easy ten minute walk across a bridge to Hoi An Old town which is a Unesco heritage centre. Excellent value for money.

We stayed for 6 days and loved it

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 kids (10,7,5). We had adjoining rooms that opened up directly to the pool which they loved. We hired the hotels bikes for 30000 dong each a day which was less than $2. We rode to the beach and all around town - crazy hot, but stunning. Our breakfast was included - not buffet, but whatever you want and as much as you want off the menu. We also enjoyed a very nice (and reasonable priced) dinner there one night when we were to tired to eat out. We had a lovely time there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to all. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean.

You'll have about a ten minute walk into Hoi An proper from Windbell, but it's nice to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Great pool with lovely grounds and environment. Service is a bit indifferent. Plum Room was good, but needs minor maintenance (removal of mould from bathroom, fixtures secured properly etc). Pool is a lovely place to relax during the heat of the day. Easy transfers organised by Windbell to Hue/airport etc.

Love the room here and the bathroom was a work of art. Beautiful space. I have rated the facilities a little lower because there seemed to be some kind of construction going on. Service was a little muddled. I wasn't told a motorcycle would take me to the bus, that the bus cannot go on the city's side streets so then had to call and pay for a cab.

The staff were helpful, the beds were comfortable, but the hotel itself was incredibly average - I was expecting more - and considering the amazing food in Vietnam and the breakfast was decidedly poor.
