Windbell Villa

Lovely place to stay. Good sized rooms but it is a little noisy. Although I think that's just Vietnam in General. We hired the bikes.,very cheap but not in very good condition! We road them to the beach and they were fine for that but if you wanted to go any further I would recommend hiring better bikes from somewhere else.they were friendly staff who were very helpful.

Nice Staff, nice Homestay (now Vila), close to down town, good breakfast, clean rooms, nice garden with pool, bikes for rent and tours. We can really recommend this "Hotel". But remember, it's not cheap for vietnam.

This was a wonderful find. Out of the rush of central Hoi An, this oasis is a very gentle 10 min stroll to the main shopping area and 5 min taxi ($1.20) to the old quarter if you don't want to make the 20 min walk. Very friendly staff. Air con in rooms, pool withe good tour advice Beds are hard but this seems to be common across Vietnam. We would highly recommend for couples, or families. There are connecting suites which are great for two groups of couples travelling together

We enjoyed our stay at the Windbell. We stayed in Plum which is a really big room with a lovely size bathroom with a walk in shower. It does take 15 to 20 mins to walk into town but the road is well lit and it worth it to get away from the beeping bikes! it is a tranquil place (apart from some dogs barking and a cockerel!). The pool is really nice with plenty of sunbeds and and was a good place to relax. The family are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was't great but passable.

Room was very clean with a nice swimming pool in the grounds and it was very convenient to the gorgeous town of Hoi An. The down points of the hotel are that the breakfast room is in need of updating and the breakfast is disapointing, also the family dog is in the breakfast room and kitchen which we felt was not too hygienic, but all in all for the price we paid we thought the hotel was fine for exploring the local points of interest.

Full of charm and hidden elegance a real surprise awaits. From the road it doesn't impress however the rooms, especially the connecting family rooms, have lots of space and the bathrooms are wonderful. The pool and outdoor area is also great and with a small number of rooms it's not too busy. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet yet close enough to walk to the action. The staff are very helpful and you can hire bikes. get washing done or whatever else you might need. The only thing that was bit sub standard was the food although overall I would thoroughly recommend.....great value for money!

A wonderful homestay that is really like a boutique resort

The hotel loved it! Immediate settlement (early). Huge rooms. Clean pool. Breakfast - simply delicious. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Not a true homestay, but a family run mini resort. Excellent location, plum rooms very large, 60 m2, big bed, wifi and english tv so that I could watch the masters live. Six rooms in a 2 storey block with other villas around a small swiming pool, one of which caters for a large family. Ten minutes walk to the centre of Hoi An and in a quiet area. Breakfast is basic, but good. No need to eat there otherwise as there is plenty of cheap options in Hoi An. You can get a cheap taxi to the beach if you want. The rooms were very clean and plenty of hot water for the shower, no bath. Very good value for the money paid.

Great place to stay and also a good location within 10-15 minutes walk of the town. Would recommend, particularly for families. Ideal place to relax around the pool.
