Ricos Bungalows Kata

It was good to be able to get out of bed walk 5 metres and jump into the pool bungalows were old and basic, ours had some insects inside and during a tropical storm we were lucky not to get flooded (some did) it took a long time for the pumps to get working

Ricos was excellent to stay in. It is safe. The staff are excellent..While giving it a 2-3 star for the condition of the property....In low season...The cleanliness(swept and mopped daily...even under the beds, care given by staff, toiletries, superb daily cleaning with replenishing of towels and linen, bottled water and genuine hospitality....The attention given to this is 5 star..A great location (very close to beach and the hub of everything) ....it is tranquil/quiet, hidden and surrounded by a quaint garden with a sparkling well taken care of pool. Even though we encountered a few problems....all were immediately rectified...Thank you for the wonderful time we had there making business/meditation and socialising all possible ....

If you just want low-price, basic room to sleep that is close to Kata Beach then this is the place. It's not exactly comfortable--the bathroom sink faucet water pressure is terrible, the air conditioning is noisy, and the room looks old. But the room is clean and the staff is helpful.

Great place, 5 min walk from a beautiful clean beach. Lots of places to eat nearby too. Mini fridge was helpful in the room so we could just sort our own breakfast. Super clean place too, no fear of any unwanted crawlies! Would highly recommend!
