Ricos Bungalows Kata

For anyone who's spent time travelling in Southeast Asia you'll really dig this hotel. Lovely pool, central location in Kata, quirky (but friendly and very helpful) staff and rooms cleaned daily without needing to request it. The bungalows are a little dated, but for what you pay I highly recommend Rico's - it's great value for money.

A really good budget hotel with excellent pool area just steps away from all bungalows.

Roomy bungalows, cleaned daily, tv, safe,kettle. Good air con. Plenty of storage. Fridge.bungaows around lovely pool.nicely kept gardens friendly and helpful staff.

Rico's was close to all that beautiful Kata has to offer. It is ideal for those who are more interested in enjoying all that Phuket has to offer. Having said that it is very comfortable just sitting outside your bungalow or around the beautiful immaculate pool. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel rents it's own scooters which is always just an extra piece of mind. The rooms were incredibly clean. Should you choose a late start your room is still made up in the afternoon

A pretty good option for a not so expensive accommodation on Phuket

we enjoyed our stay and the front desk people were kind and helpful christophe location was quite central 4 minutes from the beach quiet hotel, l the room was standard but comfortable/ warm water in the shower never swam in the pool but it was clean and in a pleasant setting

The hotel surprised me! It is much better than I expected considering the price! Swimming pool is very good and clean. Room was very clean too, good air con, little fridge, nice patio doors facing the pool, safe in the room and wi-fi was good. Only thing that bothered me a little bit was the shower, as there is no shower curtain or screen... so toilet is all wet after a shower. No breakfast but there is a Seven Eleven shop two steps outside the hotel, where there are many quick snacks available. Neighbourhood is good but much quieter than Karon and Patong. Hotel is just two minutes away from the beach! Great budget hotel!!

Near to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and all you need. Has a enjoyable swimming pool, not Olympic-size but proper for having fun with friends, lovers and families. Seem to be hard to find a neat bungalow type accommodation as here.

This is a hotel in a great location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Great pool. Each bungalow was well kept. Clean. The staff was friendly. The area within the hotel wAs quiet.

I enjoy the location, the small number of rooms and especially the very reasonable rates! My only suggestion is improvement of the water pressure for shower. Really enjoyed the sense of humor of the nice Thai girl who ran the place while owner is away.
