"Fabulous villa"

We loved all of it. Particularly the quiet location, the spacious rooms, the pool, garden, off road parking and air conditioning.

TV remote didn't work well, one game controller didn't work and only one game worked the others were scratched.

"Lovely villa"

The villa was spotless everything you need is there welcome bottle of wine and water pool was lovely and clean

A few ants in the house but once we stayed the rooms no sign of them also about a 20 minute walk to town to the lovely restaurants

This was our 10th or so stay in these villas, albeit some with other letting companies. While the villa is very well maintained and extremely clean, it’s also in a very quiet area and superb for access into the main town. A great little villa with a very private and well kept pool area. The heated pool was absolutely fantastic and the bluetooth speaker system a welcome addition. The dishwasher and washing machine were great as usual and cane with excellent products for us to use.

Sadly these particular villas by Sungrove are not as well kept as the others in the area. Surprised to find upon arrival that there was no welcome pack, not even a bottle of water. This is basic in all other villas we’ve stayed in. The air conditioning in the living room didn’t work. But worst of all was the dirty baby wipe covered in faeces floating in the pool !! Now i know this has probably blown into the pool from the previous guest, however it just shows the pool wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. The WiFi fibre cable had been unplugged as had the TV leads, why and by who i have no idea. I fixed both myself. We were left alone for the whole week, which was fine by us, but no janitorial visits could be an issue for others. A bigger issue than even the baby wipe inn the pool was how completely uncomfortable the outdoor seating was, it was awful, outdated and almost ruined the stay. The chairs are shockingly poor. This villa would massively benefit from having rattan type furniture with proper cushions for gusts to sit on outside. This is the one thing that will stop me booking here again.
