SBH Taro Beach Hotel

The stay could be quite great if not situation with theft. Few things disappeared from the wardrobe. In the middle the stay, this situation was reported to the reception. No one checked anything, no one reacted, at the end we did not even hear a word of apology. We asked many times reception if the maybe check and maybe know something. We felt ignored until the end, which is unpleasant for us. On other topics, the hotel guests are 80% German, as are the entire area. Low level of entertainment. The rooms need renovation and are very old and worn, but are clean. On the plus side: the hotel is located in a very nice area. The entire surroundings of the hotel are very nice. Right next to the hotel is a beach, beautiful views. The service in the restaurant was always smiling, the same at the bar. So for their I could get the best opinion. The food was very good. Lunches were worse, but dinner was very good. If not situation with theft and if we had heard any apology, I would have rated the stay much better

Breakfast and the restaurant in general are quite good. The location is superb.

The hotel may be a bit older, but that doesn't reduce the quality of the service. The rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately, some are a bit noisier due to the central air conditioning station, which is fortunately turned off at night at least and it varies from room to room. What is a bit uncomfortable are the pillows, such thick, hard, narrow ones that make your neck hurt in the morning. I read about cockroaches in some reviews, but I haven't encountered anything like that. The door to the balcony can be secured even when it's ajar so that no one can get in. I rate the food very positively. A large selection of fruit for all meals, the same for desserts. 4 types of ice cream every day. Cold and hot buffet again, a large selection. Everyone has to find something for themselves. Sparkling wine is available for breakfast in the morning. Everyone draws their own drinks, no restrictions. The beach is amazing, wide, long, no crowds, but I was there in February, so maybe that was the reason. As for the beach, there is no shower or toilet, but it is a public beach, so it is not the hotel's fault. The beach bar is only open from 12 to 17 during this period. If you are on the beach close to the hotel, it is not a problem to go to the toilet there and immediately bring a drink :-) Overall, I would rate this stay very positively and would definitely come back again.

Hotel is situated right at the beach. We had a sea view apartment with a big terrace and amazing ocean view. The food was good with quite a few vegetarian options. Unfortunately, the sofa bed for my mum has negatively overshadowed our stay as it was literally single bed attached to the top of the sofa. Very tiny even for a child, let alone for an adult and quite uncomfortable! Guests were mainly German seniors and it felt like I was in Germany as even entertainment was in German. Not recommend for young people.

Ridiculous, small, single bed on top of sofa, should not be called sofa bed! But small single, child bed! Also, cocktails quite a bad quality, the entertainment bar in the evening was quite worn out with a bad , alcohol smell

Rapport qualité-prix satisfaisant: hôtel plutôt modeste, bétonné, chambre sans décoration, vieillit un peu mal peut-être. Mais idéalement situé en bord de mer, nourriture sans pretention mais variée et correcte. Cependant,n'espérez pas vous régaler avec les boisons chaudes ou froides compises dans la formule all included: elles sont tres mauvaises.

Находится в очень хорошем месте. В начале прекрасного пляжа. Отель очень старый. Низкие потолки в главном холле и очень старая мебель. В баре,где проводится анимация,акробаты на плечах друг у друга, не могли разогнуться,чтобы сделать номер. Проводится анимация, но инвентарь для анимации давно пора заменить. Лук и стрелы: на луке отламывается штучка,на которую ложится стрела. Всего имеется только 2 стрелы. Стреляли по три раза, приходилось постоянно вынимать одну стрелу и бежать назад. Цель тряпичная и давно в плачевном состоянии. Защита для руки только одна. Нас было 6 участников и мы вынуждены были постоянно переодевать защиту. Тоже самое при стрельбе из воздушного ружья. После нескольких выстрелов вылетала какая-то деталь и аниматор вынуждена была ножом её вправлять. Музыкальные мероприятия были вечером 3 раза в неделю, хорошие. Ресторан с очень хорошим меню. Большинство блюд поставляются из большой кухни ,поэтому невкусно. Рядом находятся ещё несколько отелей этой же сети. Я заходила,одинаковое меню и все салаты нарезаны на одинаковые кубики. Но то,что делается в самом ресторане на виду у гостей, свежее и вкусное. Например, мясо и рыба с гриля, яичница. Я просила поменять мне комнату,что было сделано. Но попросили пойти принести вещи из первой комнаты и дали новую комнату недалеко от предыдущей. Пришлось ходить с вещами туда и назад. Гель и шампунь докладывали только по моей просьбе. Мыло я не просила доложить, и это ни разу не было сделано. Выкладывают цветы из полоте

Hotel was very good. Location and views were fantastic. I wanted a few days away to relax and this is exactly what I got. Rooms were a bit basic but at end of day it's only somewhere to sleep at night. Food served at the restaurant was very good, a large selection every night. Pool area was fantastic and staff were very welcoming.

Only downside I had was the all inclusive drinks package. The selection and quality of drinks were poor. Maybe if they offered a premium option with a different selection of drinks or the all inclusive only covered certain drinks and you could pay if you wanted for others. I wouldn't mark the hotel down for this those because instill had a great few days here.

This is one of the worth hotel i ever visited, facility looks like ruin , falling apart walls, not functioning elevators, dishes and glasses are sooooo dirty with left over food stuck to the plates and staff using nails (!) to scratch dirt from the plate, if you cone later than 30 min after restaurant is open - some food will be finished, for birthday they give a bottle of cheap champagne, but at the check out they asked to pay for it ?? This hotel listed as 4* but it looks like a shelter, very sad memories after the trip :-(
