Bedienung im Restaurant war super. Essen war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Rutschenanlagen am Pool gefährlich. Eine von Zwei war geschlossen, da man schon das Glasfiber sehen konnte. Die andere war zwar im Betrieb, aber der Zustand der Rutsche war ebenfalls katastrophal. Dort war leider auch die Beschichtung beschädigt, sodas auch hier die Galsfasermatten zu sehen waren und man sich kleine Galsfiberstücke in die Haut rutschte. Desweiteren fehlten teilweise in den Außenduschen Fliesen an den Wänden. Der Zustand der Außenanlagen könnte ein weinig besser in Stand gehalten werden.
Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aussenanlage(Bars im Aussenbereich) sehr ungepflegt. Zimmer roch muffig, aber nach gruendlichen lueften war es ok. Auch hier ist eine Renovierung notwendig. Hatte ein Appartement, obwohl ich ein Einzeltimmer gebucht hatte. Verpflegung war weniger als Mittelmass. Die Abendanimation war klasse.

Instalaciones excepcionales.... Habitaciones algo obsoletas.... Excelente ubicación y camareros superagradables excepto el del bar salón que no te mira ni a la cara cuando te sirve ni contesta cuando le saludas.
Ottima pulizia, cibo ottimo e variato, personale cortese e disponibile ad esaudire qualunque tipo di richiesta. Un ringraziamento in particolare per averci lasciato la camera 4 ore oltre il termine poiché mio figlio non stava troppo bene.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une chambre spacieuse avec vue mer. Nous avons apprécié la propreté de l'établissement, ainsi que de l'ile en général. L'emplacement, avec accès direct à une longue de plage dorée est idéal. Les repas en particulier petit-déjeuner et diner sont très variés et bons. j'aime meme trouvé mon lait végétal d'amandes. Seul regret très peu de personnes parmi le personnel ne comprennent le français. Heureusement il y a la sympathique équipe FRAM.
This resort is absolutely amazing, booked a sea view room and had the best views for the sunrise and sunset! The food at he resort is fantastic always something different to eat, and fresh seafood, desserts and juices. They have amazing service options and I payed for the premium service at the resort as well as booking the all inclusive option. The premium services offered tea and coffee in the room, bottles of water and a beautiful basket of fruits. The gym was also great with fantastic equipment. Enjoyed the beach, clear water and beautiful sand. Expected the weather to just be warm especially in February but got an amazing dark tan due to the temperature reaching up to 30 degrees Celsius everyday which was fantastic and very hot!!! There’s so many sun loungers that you won’t need to feel like you won’t be able to find space to lay around the sun or the pool. Overall I could go on all day about how beautiful the resort is but it’s honestly the best and will definitely be bringing friends and family next year for another winter break!!! Thank you so much for an amazing time :)
Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit großen Zimmern, vielfältiges Buffet, sehr freundliches Personal, nicht für stark gehbeeinträchtigte Gäste geeignet, da viele Stufen, bzw. unbefestigter Weg zum sehr sauberen Strand, einige Geschäfte liegen in der nächsten Umgebung Mein Tipp: Unbedingt Tagesausflug nach Lanzarote machen!
Ho prenotato con Expedia la struttura a Febbraio,arrivo in hotel ad Agosto e sono in overbooking, mi trasferiscono per 1,5 giorni la struttura accanto rimbalzando le colpe tra centro prenotazioni SBH ed Expedia. Risolto il problema, assurdo per chi ha prenotato a Febbraio, finalmente inizia il nostro (ormai breve) soggiorno nella struttura da noi scelta, ripeto e ribadisco, a Febbraio. Struttura piacevole, ristorante da rivedere, alle 13.20 già mezza cucina satellite centrale chiusa e proposte poco varie e fotocopia della sera prima. Cucina molto rivolta alla clientela nord europea, notoriamente poco attenta alla buona cucina e al gusto (assente) delle pietanze. Buona la pulizia, animazione internazionale poco invadente.
