Essen nicht gut. Personal in den meisten Fällen kein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Zimmer sehr weit entfernt vom Schuss. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Super nettes Personal, saubere schöne Anlage, Essen ok, Betten total umbequem schlechte Kissen und dünne Decken
Deberían mejorar los platos en el comedor. No es cuestión de gastarse más sino mejorar su elaboración, así como la variedad de los platos que se ofrecen.

GBThe view and the food were great. The location was amazing, near the beach. Very quiet area.
The Internet connection is so weak. Even if you buy the WiFi access for €7 a day, it isn't working.
CHThe light in the bathroom went just before we went for dinner around 6.30pm. We did not expect that it would be fixed the same evening, but by 8pm the replacement was made! We were very impressed.
For me the mattress was too hard, but this is only personal preference.
GBwe were overbooked. It was our first holiday for three years as we have both been seriously ill. It was hugely disappointing. We managed to get moved for night number three, but we would like a refund for the two first night we are out of you was off somebody else’s bedroom window.
we liked everything about the property, just not a policy of overbooking. The reception blame this firmly on Booking.com
PLDirect access to the beach
The room service wasn't really cleaning the bathroom, just exchanging the towels. And actually it was dirty already when I arrived. My room was on the same level as the pool and sometimes, due to the parties, it was quite loud even until late hours. I had cockroaches in my room, and I'm pretty sure bed bugs as well - every morning I was waking up with new small red dots on my body and there were no mosquitos there. The food in the hotel was disappointing as well, poor quality.
We chose the SBH Monica Beach Hotel for its proximity to the ION Windsurf club located on the beach. The resort is supposedly a 4* all-inclusive but found out quickly that this is very misleading. Comparing this to my experience at a 3* / 4* / 5* all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean, this is closer to 3* with a huge asterisks on the all-inclusive component. Biggest surprise was that the use of the safe in the room is an additional cost. This should complementary, just like the hotel key card that locks the door and safeguards your room / belongings. Wifi is only available in the lobby with very weak reception, and none in the rooms or throughout the property (so we ended up roaming the entire duration of the trip instead). Most of the activities that they advertise (mini-put, tennis, basketball, etc) are an additional cost to rent per use. There is no late-night snack bar so you better fill up at dinner or prepare a plate as they close promptly at dinner - I recall the last few minutes of dinner service when I walked to fill up my glass of water before leaving and the beverage section was roped off with the waiter pointing to his watch as explanation as to why I cannot refill my drink. There is no water fountain available on the property so bring a water bottle and keep it full while the bar remains open. After service closes, you will have to wait until the next day. Cockroaches everywhere at night.
Emplacement très bien. Bungalows confortables. Nourriture très correcte. Manque un peu de choix en desserts le midi ;-) Plage superbe. Piscines ok mais froides, dommage. Globalement cela reste une très bonne expérience pour nous
