GBgood location, lovely beach, good outside pool area, small room massage ‘spa’ as they call it but ok massage.
bad sun beds, I have back pain even now from them, serving drinks in plastic cups, no drink orders by the pool area even though everything was all inclusive. staff over worked, some lack of friendliness. worst game area room I even been , sealing smashed with holes from the pool table, over aged machines without any updates for years.

HUthe booking did not work through booking.com,. The hotel charged extra for the children because for them a person aged over 1 is an adult and must pay as such.

Great hotel with the access to the beach. The food is delicious and plenty to choose from. Very impressed by the New Years Eve dinner.The beach could be more incorporated in to the hotel. The deck chairs extra charge and long walk to the hotel bar to get the drinks. Also extra charge to use safe in the room. The Wi-Fi only free in the public areas. But the weather was beautiful and we had a great time.
Somos viajeros muy habituales y en ningun hotel nos habian hecho pagar la estancia al entrar. Nos retenian una tarjeta de crédito y pagàbamos al final. Nos pareció muy desagradable. A parte del check in, ningún otro problema con recepción, pero sí, con un camarero muy grosero en el bar de la piscina llamado Antonio. Damos su nombre ya que estaria bien que se le llamara la atención ya que no solamente fué grosero y maleducado con nosotros, sino tambien con otros clientes. Personal del comedor de 10. Buffet bueno, limpio y cuidado. Café malísimo. Cada dia salimos a tomar el café fuera del hotel. La animación nocturna aburrida y de poca calidad. La sensación es que SBH se escuda en el covid para reducir costes y personal.

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé et à distance de marche de la plage. Un grand complexe qui était également très calme et familial. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. Un seul restaurant était ouvert (en raison de COVID) et le personnel d'animation était également très bon et divertissant. Je recommande fortement ce complexe.
