It took us back in time

Great location and such a beautiful place. The place looks amazing and gave us a glimpse into the past.

Rooms are a bit small as well as the toilet.

Weirdly quirky hotel, like stepping back in time, that’s why I chose it! Despite the ‘old’ feel to the room, the bed was really comfortable.. slept great. Shower was fine. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful

Maybe easier accessible sockets for the gadget world, had to move tables to get into plugs, but then again… it’s not designed for gadgets it really felt authentic

Even though it is an historic building, we thought our room would at least have a shower! The bathtub was sized for a child, and came with a hand held sprayer. There is a window above the door and the hall lights stayed on all night. The bed was comfortable and sheets top of the line. Website noted water bottles provided in rooms and there were none in ours. Coffee carafe in the hallway with lovely cups, cold at 6AM. Road noise was an issue at all hours.

Location excellent. Parking excellent. Beds extremely comfortable. Linens were high quality.

There was not a shower. Tub with handheld spray. Authentic for the facility but not convenient.

We appreciated the historical significance of this hotel and the location was great. Easy parking and close to good restaurants. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Everything in the room is old and outdated. No comfortable place to sit. Poor lighting and tiny television. No view and sink was in the bedroom not the bathroom. Probably not important to most people but there was no Kleenex!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating . It was nice having fresh coffee available in the morning. Bed was comfortable and room was nicely decorated.

I did not like the bathtub in the room without privacy and there was no place to set anything on the sink. Also, there was no place to hang anything. Breakfast was not very good.

Stayed in 5/6, the room is beautiful however at checkin we found AC not working, the desk called the owner and he did find a tripped breaker. For the price not worth it for us. The elevator smelled strongly of Kilz primer. The bed had no headboard, only 1 40W light in toilet /shower, no cold water working in the shower, The lady at the pm desk didnt know when the desk opened in the AM. The lady in AM was not at the desk had to wait 5 minutes for her to appear. The building is at a 4 way stop sign and it was diesel trucks and motorcycles at ALL hours with the original old single payne windows it was like standing on the sidewalk. The coffee provided in the morning was luke warm, No breakfast but overpriced diner on 1st floor.

The authentic 1893 room was cool and fun.

Not much. We'll definitely stay there again.
