"Disappointing"

Unfortunately during our stay the pool area was still under construction and unable to be used. The gondola that usually transported guests from the resort to town was also not operating. While these issues were unfortunate, and most likely associated with the time of year of our stay, the most disappointing aspect to our stay was the appalling service in the restaurant. The cumulation of these issues meant that we reduced our stay from 5 to 2 nights.

Overall is good but swimming pool is on renovation. So nothing much to do. Cannot access to the beach. Only viewing. Room stated beach view but is not really good

Goos hotel for holiday with loves one and family..what a waste i just stay for 1 night only..will come again with my family..

"Need improvement for its Hardware"

Poor experience. The rooms is not in good condition. Construction site is just next to my room and they work until 19:30, very noisy. Lots of mosquitoes around and even inside the room as there are a huge gap in the bottom of the room door. Electrical black out twice during my stay. Swimming pool is under maintenance. Jacuzzi in the hotel is really horrible. The water is yellow and looks like mud water. It is not worth to for its price. Suggest you to find another hotel in the downtown.
