the room is dirty. even got dead lizard beside refrigerator. lack of breakfast choices. need renovation. not value for money.

Locality good ,lot of maintenance required, in room dinning overpriced breakfast was ok .staff good but English poor

Checked in 2 April 2018. Nobody at the lobby to greet guests and help unload luggage. During check in, I noticed there were ants on the welcome drink table and informed the receptionist and her reply was "it is not in the tea jug, right?". When I looked around and saw the wood panels falling off, I knew this was not going to be a pleasant stay. Our room was a wooden chalet. Wood is nice as it gives that resort feeling. Spacious but smell stuffy. Several main light bulbs were dead. The bathtub is full of dead bugs and insect dungs. Water stains adorn the walls. Obviously the room had not been used for some time. Took my daughter to the pool. The water looked a bit cloudy and she refused to swim. So we ended up walking around the empty resort complex. Only a few units occupied. Bumped into a European lady with her 2 kids - she gave me a baffaled look. I am sorry for you too lady. When I told my friend, a long time resident of Kuala Terenggau, of my stay at DMR he just laughed. My wife and I are very dissappointed. Definitely not worth the RM399 we paid for. The place should be nice, just need a bit more care.

The hotel view, interior and facilities are good. But during our stay in mid march the weather was too hot the seaview room was too hot during the day. The garden view rooms have mosquitoes problem, they need to do something about that.

beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.I will come again in the future. My family is all happy.

Hotel beautiful and nice to stay next time. Only locations far from town. Food need improvement and more variety. overall is good for stay here.

Nice chalet-type room though the furniture and furnishings are already dated. Pity the high-end Bose hifi is no longer functional

the place can be great..we arrived about 1+plus pm they told us to come back by 3pm it was quiet place but the chalet is not maintained well..we booked 2 nights but we have to moved our from the place next day and find other hotel as the place is flooded with water drops from the aircon our food wasted as the fridge is not working, we are lossing 1 night stay and spoiling our holiday

booking at hotel.com said that the room with sea view but staff told that there are no sea view for serambi room. Toilet dirty, room dusty. Family holiday become family nightmare
