"Not value for money"

Hotel is basic, but need A LOT of maintenance (example: painting,cushions on seats from rest, bedroom and pool) NO service at pool at all! took a while to get some towels. Cleanliness HAS to improve (bathroom, room, bed linen, etc) Restaurante very basic and only one option. Overall not value for money

"Don't spoil your mood upon stay...Just avoid"

Well, i booked this property because of its pics on Hotels.com, but dear friends please do not go for this resort. The condition is ok only, once you check in then all the issues will start, air cond not cooling, mosquitoes, lizards, ants and so on. The worst part was when they cut the water supply at night around 11.00 pm without prior intimation and when asked said its maintenance work going on and will be no water until 3.00 am. So you cannot use basin, toilet and so on, Imagine how?. Location is only ok because of the sea backwater there and nearby there is nothing. You will be served with limited items of breakfast with no quality. WiFi service is very poor with low speed. I will recommend not to go for this property unless you want to spoil your mood.

"Quiet and relaxing stay for health tourism"

This was a return stay for 2 nights. My wife, son and I had what we wanted a quiet rest and relaxing stay as my wife was just recovering from knee joint arthritis treatment. The buggy service was excellent and prompt each time we called for their service to commute around the resort. The breakfast selection was tasteful, a mixed of local and continental breakfast. Then the resort location was central and easy access to main roads where we visited nearby the city.
