Fabulous staff! Excellent restaurant, especially with their allergy-coded menus!

Just the location. It’s a bit of a walk to anywhere. But Grab is always a few minutes away.

This hotel is situated for a gorgeous view and is clean, modern and warm. We stayed longer than a week so we had long-stay privileges such as free laundry, discounted drinks and access to the lounge on the 21st floor. The staff on the 21st floor were fantastic particularly Ahn and Nguyen. They were both warm and friendly. Ahn has an excellent grasp of english and a great sense of humour. She was a delight to speak with and we were sad to say goodbye. If the hotel reads this I think Ahn would be an amazing concierge! Also a shout out for Huy who helped organize tours for us.

We had a week-long pleasant stay here in Grand Mercure Da Nang… most of the staffs are friendly and helpful.. Special thanks to the team at the 21st floor lounge who are very attentive, thoughtful, and kind to me and my family. Thank you Ms. Hong, Mr. Nguyen, Ms. Anh, and Ms. Ngoc, who have been very kind and friendly throughout our stay here… My family and I are very happy and delighted to have known you all… Ms. Hong has been very caring to our kids.. Mr. Nguyen even remembered what drinks we like.. we truly appreciate that.. Thank you so much :) All the staffs from reception desk, concierge, and the doormen are all very helpful and kind.. Thank you for making our stays here pleasant and enjoyable. Hope to see you all again soon..
