The check in with Tuan was great. The hotel tried to accommodate our vegetarian needs . Service was good

The staff besides Tuan( at the front desk )were very formal and cold. The hotel was clean but needs to be modernized to keep its five star status. The location wasn't great .

"Good Stay at Grand Mercure Da Nang"

I stayed at the Grand Mercure Da Nang and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well located. The room was tidy, and the facilities were easy to use. During the night, Hoa, the Night Manager, helped me with a few questions about the hotel and the area. He was straightforward and efficient, which made the late check-in smooth. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for a calm place to stay in Da Nang, with helpful staff available even during the night.
